5 IS THE MAGIC NUMBER

Whilst getting a customer back into his property this morning, he asked whether people, having locked themselves out once, ever did it again.

I replied that one or two had done although there was one particular customer who had locked himself out 5 times. In itself that would be impressive but this customer had managed to do it within 12 months.
