Cloning Motorcycle Coded Transponder Keys

If you’re down to just one key for your motorcycle; it’s probably time to prepare for the worst and have a spare cut. Within your key lies a transponder chip that holds a code that’s necessary for starting your bike. When a duplicate key is produced, the data inside the chip is copied and programmed into a new transponder chip which is then placed inside of the new key. This method of making a spare key is especially effective for bikes that use a red master key system.

The red master key enables the motorcycle dealer to program new black coded keys to your bike; if you have lost the red master key the dealer cannot make you a new coded key. Here at LOCKFiX24 we can make a spare set for you regardless of the red key being present.
